(20:17) APTOS – A lawsuit has been filed against Santa Cruz county. A group called “We Are Aptos” says they are not trying to stop the Aptos Village Project, but they are trying to hold the county accountable for implementing the plan; and they want to make sure that the project will include a park, walking spaces, and a large enough parking lot. Currently the Aptos Village Project calls for 70 residential units and 15 commercial spaces.
