(20:15) WATSONVILLE – The Assistant City Manager for Watsonville will be resigning from that job, to take a job with the county. Marcela Tavantzis, who took the reigns when Carlos Palacios resigned, will become the Assistant Public Works Director for Santa Cruz County. Her last day working in Watsonville is scheduled to be April 1st, and her first day with the county is slated to be a few weeks later.
