(10:10) Santa Cruz – Santa Cruz County Law Enforcement Torch Runners and Special Olympics Northern California are seeking plungers for the 2017 Santa Cruz Polar Plunge. The Polar Plunge is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support local Special Olympics athletes by running into and out of chilly waters of the Santa Cruz Beach. The money raised will provide sports training and competition opportunities to the over 19-thousand Special Olympics athletes.
