The City Of Monterey is expected to start accepting proposals, for what to do with a 125-acre parcel on the Former Fort Ord. The land is just north of Ryan Ranch, and has 65-acre feet of water allocated to it. It is potentially one of the last un-developed parcels in the city of Monterey.
