(17:46) WATSONVILLE- Watsonville police are looking for an alleged kidnapper and rapist. Authorities say that 21 year old William Alonso Ortiz-Ruiz forcibly abducted a 12 year old girl under threats of violence. Oritz-Ruiz then raped the victim at a motel before selling the girl as a prostitute. The girl is now back safe with family. Anyone with information on Ortiz-Ruiz’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact Watsonville police.
