(17:01) SALINAS- Salinas police have issued a felony no bail arrest warrant on two counts of homicide for 26 year old Ellin “Omar” Escamilla. Escamilla had previously been called a person of interest in double murder at home where he lived with his parents on Essex Court. Escamilla may be headed to El Centro or the Yuma Arizona area. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Salinas police.
