a new veterans medical clinic is coming to marina. Construction could begin by the end of the year at the site in “The Dunes on Monterey Bay” development (off of highway-1). The projected 80-million dollar facility is expected to offer a range of state-of the art medical services for veterans and active duty personnel, including mental health and OB-GYN services. The Veterans Affairs Department is providing funding for the 3-story, 100-thousand square foot clinic.
