(08:40) Scotts Valley – Authorities reported that 2 men were arrested over the weekend after they were caught with a loaded handgun and drug paraphernalia. Officers spotted the 2 suspects parked in a loading zone in front of a closed business on Saturday night, in Scotts Valley. A search of the vehicle uncovered a loaded handgun, extra ammunition and methamphetamine paraphernalia. Both subjects were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
