Mountain Elementary School District in Santa Cruz County will receive $2.3 million in bond funds after voters passed Measure P. The measure needed 55 percent of the vote to pass and earned a 76 percent of the vote. The district has only one school and funds will be used to repair roofs, improve outdated classrooms and modernize other parts of the school.
