Three people in a south Salinas neighborhood have been the victims of theft this past week. The robbers made off with the spare tires from three different vehicles, according to neighborhood watch. Spares found on the back or underside of trucks and SUV’s are most often the targets. Tire locking devices are recommended to prevent becoming the next victim of this kind of theft.
