(1751) SALINAS- The Salinas Police Department has released the names of the offices involved in a recent shooting. Police Chief Adele Fresé released the names two of Oficer Manuel Lopez, Jr., a 9-year SPD veteran, and Officer Jared Dominici, a 3-year SPD veteran.
