(18:24) SANTA CRUZ- Governor Jerry Brown has included Santa Cruz County in his declaration of areas considered in a state of emergency. Two proclamations will focus the efforts of Cal Trans and The Office of Emergency Services in the affected areas. There are 50 counties across the state in need of infrastructure repairs and emergency services fundings.
