A Salinas man was hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds yesterday (Thursday). Authorities say the incident occurred shortly after 12 p-m on the 6-hundred block of Roosevelt Street when a gunman in a mid sized S-U-V opened fire on a man who had been socializing in front of the housing complex, several times. The victim was transported to Natividad Medical Center and is expected to survive. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Salinas Police.
