A convicted rapist has been sentenced to a 105 years in prison. In 2013, 30 year old Jose Esquivel and an accomplice lured 2 women into their car under the pretense they were being transported to a hotel. Instead they were drove to a rural field where one victim escaped. The other victim was assaulted for several hours at several locations. Esquivel was found guilty of multiple counts of sexual assault that include rape, sodomy and oral copulation by force in April 2019. The other suspect remains at large , however a DNA profile has been established.
