The illegal immigrant accused of killing a cop to avoid a third DUI arrest has been captured. 33 year old Gustavo Perez Arriaga is alleged to have fatally shot Newman police officer Corporal Singh during an early morning DUI stop. Perez Arriaga was taken into custody in Bakersfield on Friday. Five others, including two brothers were also arrested and charged with aiding a fugitive.
