A $1,000 reward is being offered for information about a neglected horse that was found with a fractured leg earlier this month in Salinas. It is believed that the 5 year-old Paint Stallion may have had the untreated injury for years. The horse was found on Natividad Road. Anyone with information leading to the arrest, and conviction, of the person who was supposed to be responsible for this injured animal, is encouraged to contacted the S.P.C.A For Monterey County.
