(16:56)MORGAN HILL- Morgan Hill police have arrested a man wanted for attempting to drown his girlfriend. Authorities say that shortly after midnight ,July 1st, at a residence on Pine Way, 22 year old Gage Palafox attempted to drown a woman in a pool after assaulting her during an incidence of domestic violence. The victim was able to break free and call police. Palafox, who was also wanted on an unrelated 100 thousand dollar warrant was taken into custody yesterday and booked into Santa Clara County jail.
