(16:05)DAVENPORT- The community of Davenport is on the verge of running out of water. The town normally relies on water from San Vicente Creek, obtained through a Cemex pipeline. That pipeline sustained 220 thousand dollars in damages during winter storms. The Cemex company hooked up an alternate supply line to Mill Creek, which could dry up within weeks. The county claims the owners of the closed cement plant should pay for the repairs. Cemex argues that it is no longer their responsibility.
