A 54-year-old man is facing additional charges, after allegedly intentionally running over a man with his S-U-V. Adnan nijmeddin is accused of hitting 47-year-old billy rajah junior last week, and then running over him again after he was initially hit with the vehicle. rajah later died from his injuries. charges of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and making terrorist threats have been added to the murder charge nijameddin is facing. a preliminary hearing that was set for thursday was delayed to friday. he has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.
