Monterey Police are investigating a possible shooting. Shortly after 11:15 p-m on Friday patrol units were dispatched to reports of a possible shooting in the area of Hannon and Toyon Streets. At the scene officers located a group of males in a heated argument. 22 year old Kevin Flores-Castillo, fled in a pickup truck and arriving officers gave chase until Flores-Castillo crashed and was subsequently taken into custody. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Monterey police.
