A state of the art electric trolley is joining Monterey’s public free visitors route. the trolley which is charged with wireless electrical energy stations placed under the road’s surface is being paid for by a 1 point 7 million dollar Federal grant in CONJUNCTION with 400-thousand dollars in California tax credits. the shuttle is expected to join 2 Diesel trolleys that provide free service to key tourist destinations from memorial day through labor day.
