(17:21) SALINAS- Monterey County is being sued over the recent passing of an anti-fracking measure. County officials say that two separate lawsuits have been filed in response to Measure Z. The Chevron Corporation and the Bakersfield company, Aera Energy are claiming the legislation is un constitutional, and interferes with decades old agreements. Both oil companies operated oil wells in the San Ardo area.
