5 cal-trans employees based in monterey county have been arrested for fraud. Officials with the department of transportation announced that the 5 accused employees worked at the willow springs maintenance station (near big sur). Danny millsap, Kevin leddiard, Robert eskridge, Angelina galven, and phillip taylor were all arrested and booked into monterey county jail on 1-million dollars’ bail. The 5 are accused of lying about the amount of overtime they were working.
