(16:51) SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz based drug and alcohol treatment organization celebrated its 40th anniversary on Friday. Janus of Santa Cruz celebrated its birthday with a barbecue attended by 150 clients and staff. The organization provides in and out patient treatment for 2500 people at its three locations, and is expecting a rise in clientele after expected changes in medical begin to cover in patient treatment for lower income households.
