(17:08)SANTA CRUZ- Residents of The East Morrissey neighborhood in Santa Cruz met with police earlier this month. The meeting was organized to address a recent rise in crime in the area. Most of the crimes reported are burglaries and auto breakings, but have included robbery and even church vandalisms. Attendees were advised to keep all doors and windows locked especially during the day, keep bicycles locked, and to take note of all suspicious activity.
