(08:42) DEL REY OAKS – Del Rey Oaks officials will be meeting Thursday night to consider a measure that would address traffic issues on several major roadways. In recent months, residents have complained about speeding in the neighborhoods of Carlton Drive, Portola Drive and Quendale Avenue. Some community members have called for the closure of Carlton Drive at Plumas Avenue to address the issue. The Del Rey Oaks City Council will consider the proposal and other safety measures during its meeting tonight at 6 p.m. (S.G.)
