(08:24) MONTEREY COUNTY, SAN BENITO COUNTY – The Coalition of Homeless Services Providers has received a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Nearly $2 million will be distributed to twelve homeless services programs across ten agencies in Monterey and San Benito counties. The funds will be used to provide transitional housing, promote outreach to individuals with mental illness and provide support for people with HIV and AIDS. (S.G.)
