A Central Valley man is behind bars for molesting his 15-year-old cousin on Christmas night. The incident occurred at the victim’s family home on La Colina Street in Soledad.
The 15-year-old victim told his relatives that the suspect, Jacob Anthony Mendez, had molested him. The victims’ parents then called police.
Mendez was arrested and booked into Monterey County Jail.
