An unresponsive man was pulled from the waters of Seabright State Beach in Santa Cruz on Saturday. At about 12:50 p.m. beach goers reported a man floating face down near the Lighthouse on the Harbor Jetty. A bystander pulled the unconscious victim, described as a German tourist, to the beach and began life saving measures, when it was determined the victim had no pulse. Rescue personnel were able to revive the victim, who was then transported to the hospital.
