(19:33) SANTA CRUZ – A man convicted of a 1984 murder in Santa Cruz has been denied parole. Michael perrin (and a cohort) were convicted of lifting their victim over the safety railing of a bridge and throwing him to his death 30 feet below. Perrin will next be eligible for parole in 5 years.
