(10:38) WATSONVILLE – Three men and three juveniles were taken into custody Thursday following a gang-related incident in Watsonville. Police were dispatched to River Park on East Front Street around 5:30 p.m. following reports of gang activity. At the scene, officers saw a group of males standing on the river levee before hearing gunshots. The gunshots prompted the group to disperse. Police set up a containment perimeter of the area, leading to the detainment of Cesar Nieblas, Abel Jesus Morales, and Neftali Silva Reyes. All three were arrested on a number of charges including resisting arrest and probation violation. Three juveniles were also apprehended on similar charges. (S.G.)
