(06:37) SALINAS – Salinas police are looking for a man who was reported missing this week. 18-year-old Paulino Guzman III was last seen on December 12. He then disappeared under suspicious circumstances. Guzman is 5’10” and around 180 pounds. He has “es” tattooed near his left eye and Aztec numerals tattooed near his right eye.
