(06:24) APTOS – A man was arrested in Aptos Wednesday on multiple charges, including vandalism and theft. Authorities were dispatched to Monroe Avenue after receiving a complaint about illegal camping. At the scene, deputies contacted 50-year-old Conrad Smith. Deputies found that Smith had vandalized property and was in possession of stolen items. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
