A teenager accused of killing an 8 year-old Santa Cruz girl, appeared in adult court in Santa Cruz today. The lawyer for A.J. GONZALEZ says he needs time to appeal the judges ruling that moved the case to adult court. The arraignment for Gonzalez, who is accused of sexually assaulting and killing his neighbor Maddy Middleton, has been continued until February 20th.
