Fundraising is continuing for a second all-inclusive playground in Monterey county. Tatum’s Tree House is a project of the people who created Tatum’s Garden in Salinas several years ago. Amanda Bakker, (who’s 7 year-old daughter Tatum (who has Spina-Bifida, inspired the playgrounds) said that the new 30-thousand square foot park is scheduled to open in Toro Park next fall, and has more of a nature and woodland theme.
