Irritating noise from overhead jets in Santa Cruz County will hopefully soon subside.
The Federal Aviation Administration had to postpone a meeting scheduled for January because of the government shutdown… the meeting will is now scheduled for early next month.
At issue is the flight plan for jets landing at s-f-o, which is directly over cities in Santa Cruz county, causing some residents to loose sleep and piece of mind.
Implementation of a new flight plan could take from one year to 18-months.
