A felton man has been appointed by governor brown to serve in a top position in the California National Guard. Colonel Matthew Beevers was named the assistant adjutant general of the state’s national guard yesterday(mon). 47-year-old beevers’ 28-years in the national guard includes service in Bosnia and Afghanistan.
