December 8, 2015: Salinas Man Convicted of First-Degree Murder

(07:51) SALINAS – A Salinas man was convicted of first-degree murder on Monday. In 2013, 42-year-old Anthony Raymond McLaughlin confessed to fatally stabbing a man in 2002. Officials say McLaughlin admitted that while he was drunk and high on methamphetamine he killed his neighbor, Alejandro Lopez. McLaughlin faces 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced January 28. (S.G.)
