(07:59) PACIFIC GROVE – A paving project is expected to cause traffic delays in Pacific Grove this week. On Tuesday and Wednesday, crews will be working at Forest and David avenues from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The operation will result in the closure of the right westbound lane of Forest Avenue. Motorists can expect delays of up to 10 minutes. (S.G.)
