(23:59) RURAL SOLEDAD – 2 known Norteno gang members were arrested after 1 of them led law enforcement officers on a chase through the rural Soledad area around noon on Tuesday. the incident began near the intersection of Highway 146 and Metz Road. The driver, 43 year-old Manuel Santana Ruiz, and his passenger 41 year-old Ermelinda Salazar Carbajal were booked into Monterey County Jail.
