(09:31) SANTA CRUZ – A local food truck business called food for change is raising start up money. Valeria Miranda and Stacey Smith earned an award along with 2 thousand dollars from the newly founded nonprofit fund called The Inspiring Enterprise. The food truck aims to provide healthy meals to santa cruz residents and provide jobs for men and women released from jail. Food for change hopes to raise 75 thousand dollars to outfit truck, and give 6 months of training to future employees. To help fund the start up, visit scfoodforchange.org. (C.G.)
