(10:11)GILROY – A Gilroy woman hit by a big-rig this Monday has been identified. Eleazar Pineda Salinas had been walking her granddaughter to school when she was struck and killed. The Kentworth three-axle truck collided with the 65 year old woman on Tatum Avenue just west of Wren Avenue. The truck driver was not faulted for the accident. Salinas died at the scene. (C.G.)
