3 boating safety classes are scheduled to begin this fall in the conference room at the Santa Cruz Harbor. The 2-hour long “Boating Skills And Seamanship”, “Sailing Skills And Seamanship”, and “Coastal Navigation” classes are held in the evenings for 14 or 15 weeks. Registration will be held beginning at 7 p-m September 6th at the conference room at 365a lake avenue….near the harbor’s marine boat yard. The fees for the courses, that are taught by the Santa Cruz And Capitola Flotillas of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, cover the cost of all textbooks and materials.
