A salinas man has been found guilty of felony child abuse likely to cause great bodily harm, after trying to sell his baby outside of the salinas wal-mart. 39-year-old Patrick fousek was trying to sell the 8-month-old child for 25-dollars, in the parking lot of the north davis road store. The child’s mother, Samantha tomasini has also been convicted in connection with the june 2010 incident. Fousek is set to be sentenced on November 30th.
