A salinas father is not expected to face charges, following the accidental death of his 1-year-old daughter. The man backed over the girl in an S-U-V, in the driveway of a residence at altman’s plants farm. The father called 9-1-1 immediately after the 5:30 p.m. incident yesterday, but the girl was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident remains under investigation, but so far authorities are treating it as an accident.
