a watsonville teen was arrested last night on suspicion of stealing a car stereo. a watsonville police officer saw a group of suspicious people at franich park around 9:30 p.m. the officer saw one of the individuals smash out the window of a parked car, climb inside, and remove the car stereo. the 16 year old suspect ran from the officer but was shortly apprehended. the juvenile was arrested on suspicion of vehicle burglary, resisting arrest and a probation violation.
