A man was arrested in the Watsonville area on drug-related charges. Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies originally stopped the car Andres Hernandez Rodriguez was driving because his license plate was covered with spray paint. He had amethamphetamine and a fake gun in his vehicle. Rodriguez was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
