A proposal to overhaul the Santa Cruz Wharf is underway. An Environmental Impact Report has been released in draft form with public comments accepted until next Wednesday. (May 27)
Plans include construction within the next two to five years, relocation of the wharf’s entry gate, and renovation of the East Promenade.
