MONTEREY BAY AREA – A crab fisherman, who was found guilty of setting baited traps in a Marine Conservation Area, is now scheduled to be sentenced next month. 41 year-old Gerald Wetle Junior set 28 baited traps, and California Fish And Wildlife Wardens removed the traps, and returned more than 200 live Dungeness and Rock Crabs back into the ocean. Wetle is slated to be sentenced on Pearl Harbor Day.
