(17:54)LA HONDA- A Watsonville man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure. Authorities say the incident took place on Tuesday in San Mateo County. At about 11:30 a.m., deputies responded to Portola Redwoods State Park near La Honda to investigate a report of a man allegedly exposing himself to a female child. The child’s guardian identified 34 year old Timothy Smith as the suspect. Smith was arrested and booked into the county jail on suspicion of indecent exposure and annoying of a child.
